(Chicken Pot Pie)



3 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey

2 cans (10 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup

(You can substitute 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken

or 2 cans of cream of chicken)

1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

1 tsp poultry seasoning

tsp. garlic salt

2 cups Bisquick

1 2/3 cups milk

1 tsp. parsley flakes


HEAT oven to 450. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish.


STIR baking mix and milk until blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.


BAKE 30 to 32 min. or until crust is light golden brown.
