1 c. butter or margarine, softened

c. packed brown sugar

c. sugar

1 egg

1 t. vanilla

2 c. flour

1 c. quick cooking oats

1 t. baking soda

1 t. cinnamon

1 c. pumpkin

1 c. chocolate chips


Cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
