PUMPKIN BARS

 

Crust:

1 c. flour

c. oatmeal

c. brown sugar

c. butter or margarine

Bake in 9 x 13 pan, 350 degrees, 15 min.

 

Filling:

1 small can pumpkin

2 eggs

c. sugar

t. salt

t. cloves

1 t. cinnamon

t. ginger

 

Pour onto crust and bake 20 min.

 

Topping:

c. nuts

2 T. butter or margarine

c. brown sugar

 

Sprinkle on top, bake 20 min.
