2 cups Bisquick

cup milk

cup applesauce

cup each: chocolate morsels, chopped nuts


Mix all ingredients together. (If needed, add a few more drops of milk to make the mix cookie dough consistency.) On a non-stick surface, shape the dough into rolls about the diameter of a quarter. Place the rolls in the refrigerator until they are cool and firm. Cut into slices, about -inch thick, and bake at 450 degrees for about 7 to 9 minutes. (Watch carefully, the time depends on the size of the cookie.) When the edges turn brown and the top starts to turn, remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, remove from cookie sheet, and allow to cool on waxed paper.


Yield: about 3 dozen cookies
