Ham and Sweet Potatoes

 

2 to 4 small sweet potatoes (unpeeled)

1 lb. boneless ham

cup brown sugar

teaspoon dry mustard

 

Place sweet potatoes in bottom of Crock-Pot. Place hamm on sweet potatoes (the sweet potatoes as a rack). Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of ham. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.

 

To serve, slice ham and sweet potatoes and pour juices over top.

 

Makes 2 to 4 servings (about 2 quarts).
