Chicken in a Pot
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (1.5 oz.) envelope beef stroganoff sauce mix
1 (3 lb.) whole chicken
½ teaspoon each: paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
Combine vegetables and sauce mix in crock-pot. Sprinkle seasonings on chicken. Place chicken in crock over vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours of high for 4 hours.
Makes 4 or 8 servings.
